What is the order procedure?

The typical order procedure is as following.

1. Add the products which you favored to the shopping cart
2. Write down your character name in your order
3. Fill the contact information blank.Please make sure your e-mail address is right.
4. Finish the payment
5. We arrange the delivery after we receive your order.
6. we could check your order status by your order number or ask live support’s help.
